Tim answered my initial phone call to Byrd Automotive. He recognized the issue right away and provided a rough estimate which was considerably lower than the other garage I had been to. He explained the work to be done plainly and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I will be using Byrd Automotive from now on!

The team is very friendly, great at communication and have been quick at turnaround times. I've used them twice and been very satisfied. I have another vehicle that is a project and will be visiting them soon.

Major engine break down of my GMC truck, of course out warranty. I am happy with the way the diagnosis and repair was performed. Repair took some time, but I was updated on the progress daily.

I’ve used a bunch of places over the years but have never experienced such great customer service. Tim and John installed a Carli suspension system on my new 2026 F250, spray in bed liner, new tires, tint, and fog lights. Everything is great!

The A/C in my car gave out and I didn’t notice it till I had my poor mother in law in the car stuck in traffic on 610. I called and was able to get it diagnosed and recharged the next day. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the shop. Safe to say that I will be going there for all my vehicle needs. Thanks guys !

They helped me with an "electrical issue" which ended up being a loose battery terminal at no charge. The owner talked me through a frightening experience when my car completely shut down on the side of the road due to this problem. Thank you for your kindness.

From the phone call all the way to getting my keys back this was by far some top notch customer service. Mr Harvey and the rest of the guys are thorough and the price is reasonable. I will be bringing my car here in the event I need to. The shuttle service they offer is an added Bonus to go somewhere and kill time
